This program aims to increase students’ understanding of the finance industry and to foster an interest amongst female students to apply for graduate positions at Investment Banks in Australia. Students will be paired with a mentor from an investment bank to establish a mentoring relationship for the duration of Semester 2, 2009.

After the launch of the program, students will have the opportunity to email and meet with their mentors throughout Semester 2 where you can:
Meeting with the mentees and mentors of your delegated Bank at their office, which may also include a tour of their trading floor.
Concluding evening function in Week 13, Semester 2, 2009.
The maintaining of contact will be dependent upon you, your mentor, and both of your availabilities throughout the duration of the Program.
Mentors will be representatives from Citi, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs JBWere, Macquarie Bank, UBS and Westpac Institutional Bank. Mentees may request the gender of their mentors, dependent upon availability. Mentors will primarily be female.
